Third-Party Installation Services


Third-party installers are available in select markets and have completed Starlink installation training to help set up & activate your Starlink. Customers in the U.S. can purchase this service in select markets via starlink.com when purchasing a new Starlink. Customers outside of the U.S. should directly contact their in-country third-party installation partner. Contact details are listed below for each country. If roof installation isn’t available after entering your address, even though your state or area is listed as supported, it means there are currently no third-party installers serving your specific location.


A standard professional installation purchased through Starlink typically includes the below. Please note this varies by country and you should always confirm with your local provider.


A trained technician selecting the optimal dish location for signal.


Mounting the dish (mount included).


Routing the cable from the dish to the home's nearest entry point (terms and conditions apply).


Connecting and powering the router at the entry point.


System activation, performance testing, and a Starlink app walkthrough.


Extended travel, certain home types or customer requests (e.g., longer cables, trenching, or specialized routing) may incur additional fees. Extra accessories are purchased separately.


For third-party installation services in France, Germany, or Switzerland, find a list of recommended third-party installers here. These third-party installers have not completed Starlink training but have prior experience with Starlink hardware.


Disclaimer: Starlink can only refund installations purchased directly through our Starlink website. Starlink does not support deinstallation services. This is addressed in Section 4.1 of our online terms. Customers may reach out to install partners to negotiate prices, but Starlink absolves itself of any damage or liability.
